Pa41 these were solid aluminum wheel billets and i had them cnc machined into a 12 spoked pattern. I then took good straight grained quarter sawn hickory and made the spoke overlays. I then turned the rivet rims that go around the hubs on my lathe. I weight matched all of the wood in hopes they are damn close to balanced but i haven,t had a chance to spin them yet. there a lot of work but i hope they will bring home my gothic blacksmith bike look
