Made some progress over the weekend. I now have all the fenders off - some rusted edges will need to be replaced with fresh metal. I removed the motor with my second hand crane - how easy is that?...

I read on one of these builds something derogatory about slotted head screws. Whoever it was, I agree! Have been pulling the old rotted wood and rusty wire etc out and it is going to take a while....

I know! But I figured it's just bits of metal...

Here she is
I have the doors in my shed. Am thinking of welding in the rear ones and turning it into a panel van. Will then need to build some sort of tail gate. Hope the photos work.
