Thought I would give building a seat a try. Wish I had a bead roller, now I know what not to do next time. I wasn't to happy with the way the outside corner came out on the back side but after getting it set in the wagon it fits the look. I did all the rolling with a 3" peice of 1/2" rod welded to a peice of angle. Still have some welding to finish up.

Maybe you should put the Fat Guy rated logo on it.

Very cool wagon.

Thank Sam, going to paint that on the back.

Did some welding for the guy down the street. Needed the floor pan welded back in and wanted some kind of rollbar so he got this. Traded a $280.00 4'x8' kit trailer for 2 hours of welding work.

Shifter is in and works like a charm, Still have to make one more peice of linkage but shifts smooth:D. The lock out is spring loaded and I still have to notch out the side plates, once in drive I can run thru drive and D1, it will stop the shifter from moving past drive when running up from D1. Shifter stops about 2" from the seat.
