Said they made several of them at the dealership.

All cool. I like to look at the ones that made with a car front end. I have seen several with mid fifties Cadillacs as the bases.
There are a fair number of vintage campers for sale around me and I have thought about getting one just to use as a guest room. The vintages go as far back as the 40's.Then I see the prices for decent ones and paying for a motel room once in a while would be much cheaper.   My daughters in-laws own a campground and have started to pick up some vintage campers to rent out as cabins as well. Cool stuff. Torchie
