Indeed it is soltz.
Just one of our many adapted kids that aren't kids anymore.
I started to work on the steering wheel. Idle hands are the devils workshop......or something like that.
I will use 2 layers of plastic tubing. The smaller inner layer fits over the steel ring. It also fits inside the larger tubing.
The outer, larger tubing got paint poured into it.
Once dry I will split it and put it over the smaller tubing.
That gives me a good thickness for the wheel. And the tubing will protect the paint from wear and tear. At least that's my working plan.
I will paint up the wrapped spokes to match the wheel color.
Not the best job. Better then it was.
Keep on keeping on.......
