In my early single daze, my room mate had one. It had tons of motor work & dyno's over 600 HP which as a lot back then! Fastest car I ever drove & it was a damn scary chariot! He thought he could beat anyone until he came up against a Ferrari Daytona at a red light one day. He kept jackin' with the guy & at the 3rd red light I guess he finally had enough & left the Vette in the dust when the light turned green... I was amazed & so was my buddy! Never fear... there's always someone faster than you are no matter what you think! We went over 160 multiple times but I stopped riding with him after we flew through a red light at over 150 after a night of drinking... never rode in that car again!
