Depends on what you want them for. More plys is a stronger tire, but doesn't ride as smoothly.

More ply's more load capacity, less ply's better ride quality!
This may no always hold true, but a good rule of thumb!!
If you don't plan on making you're truck heavy, or hauling
a lot of weight, I'd go with 4 ply tires!! Cost has to factor in
somewhere to!!
