I drove either my moms 1968 Mercedes Benz diesel or I bought a 1971 VW Super Beetle from my sister...

Grew up with German cars...still love the older ones...makes me smile every time I see one.

Class of 1962, but dropped out
Started building the 28 at 14, at 16 traded for two 40's to make a driver. Fun times

Got my license at 15 (1957) and car(s) then too. A series of $50.00 beaters. '48 Chevy, '48 ford, '49 Pontiac.
