Did a little snooping and found it was painted by Gene, it was a Monster garage build from 2007, lots of other famous builders participated.

those are Hudson Flower Cars, very popular in the early 50's.

they would haul all the flowers from the church or mortuary to the final resting spot.

i bet that is a scary ride, i rode in a pro street early 70's capri. little short wheelbase was a wild ride.
