Yeah, I wonder if its just open on the bottom, it almost looks like the spring perch cantilevers over the rack and the rack is mounted to the front of the frame.

Yea, I'm pretty sure your right about it being a vacuum of some kind e-man. I'm into cool home made scoops like that. The more original the better. I bet that one is a one of kind like mine is.

The Rod that's pictured at the top with the bike engine, Is that a Legends car that has been converted for street use?? Looks like a Yamaha 1200 cc in there!
