Probably not something you guys would see, but I'm sure you will appreciate both of these.

This first one is a 60 Holden Monaro. They came from factory as a coupe, and this one is now a convertible. Note the boot treatment it has copped as well.

This second one is added as a curiosity more than anything else. It would have started life as a '86 Holden VL Commodore. It now lives its life as a gas powered BBQ trailer!

Lurking, not by choice. Purely for the fact that I have nothing to contribute at this stage!

Fuzz, Crank is right. Those are Impco gas mixers for a dedicated LPG motor. When I spoke to the owner he had swapped the Gas Research carbs, that were touted as the best for a very long time, for these newer Impco's. I was toying with the idea of using LPG on what I build, but with the way the government is screwing us here it's hardly worth the effort!

By the way, it's not just the big donk that drew me to this rig. Note the 4 inch chop, and if I had pictures from underneath you would notice the four bar set up on the rear with a nine inch third member, and the IFS lurking in front.

I'm not sure if this classes as a Ratty, but I still like it! I snapped the pictures on an All American cruise that I tagged along with last week with my daughter.

That 57 is badazz. Love the way a subtle change in the trim pieces make the car look different. This was at a snowmobile race in Northern Michigan.

This is a small custom shop that specializes in NSX's. Its the owners car and makes 750hp. Just seems strange to be buried in snow.

You've got snow????

down here, any snow is gone within a day or two...got 3" the other night..gone by today....gotta be killing the ski stuff up there.....:(

Actually those pics were taken last winter. We have had very little snow this year which is great for me, but not for the local buisnesses. My son works at Boyne Mountain and only worked one day last week. Been good for me though, Ive been able to drive the Plymouth and even ride my bike a few times.

Maybe cheating a little here, buts its definetly in traffic. This was last summer at the Telegraph Cruise in metro Detroit. The best cruises in the country happen in the Detroit area. And I have to say the local police do an incredible job of allowing us to have fun and bend the rules while keeping things in control.

I learned the hard way that it's better to cruise,

More from the same cruise

From 8 mile north than to try to go from Pontiac to 8 mile...:( I got next to a 70 chevelle pro-street that was running some nasty cam and tunnel ram, burnin some nasty fuel that burned your eyes like nitro methane....couldn't get away from him....went 3 miles in 1 hour....from 16 mile to 13 mile....it was nasty....next year I went from 8 mile north and no traffic jams at all....:D

You must me talking about the Woodward cruise, the mother of all cruises. We get there early and make a couple passes from end to end then settle in near the Mopar display and do lots of walking. Then in the evening make our way up to Pontiac where it gets pretty wild. I absolutly love the Woodward cruise...cant wait for August.
