We call him King Maximo!
Call to all rats in Utah. First off, sorry for not remembering to post this earlier.
Today, Sunday, 6-3-07, is the annual summer picnic at SandRidge Park in Roy, UT. It is generally an open display of all types and styles of rides. Lately there has not been very many rats showing up at this show. Last year the Throtlers made an appearence and there was some other rough rodders showing up later. There is room for ~ 1000 rides.
This is one of the first major chainer shows in Ut. So this is a call out to all the rats in Utah, a chance to twist the chainers ears with rats and traditionalist styled rides.
Head to Weber County, north of SLC. Get off at the Hill AFB Museum exit in Roy, UT. This is 5600s, head west and go under the over-pass. Turn right at the second light onto 1900w, heading north. Go north through Roy, and when you get to 4400s, turn left heading west. This is at the corner of Hinkley Airport, there are two gas stations, one being a 7-11 on the east corner.
Head west 3 blocks to 2200w and turn left at the SandRidge Park.
So do try to make the trip if you are with in 2 hour drive. So if you live in west Wyoming, south Idaho, and as far south as Nephi, Utah or over in Wendover Nv, head to Roy, Utah and have a great day at SandRidge Park.
I will be there for my lunch break around 11am to 2pm.
