I think it would probably do anything you ever wanted. But you have to know what it comes with. Maybe just arc leads. Or Tig torch, and arc leads. If it comes with a gas hook up, and wire feed too then you have it all covered.
 
Makes you wonder what the guy was doing with it without any leads? Are the serial numbers still there?:D

Well all you have there is the main power supply for the program. You will still need to acquire the MIG and Tig assemblies to make it a complete welding unit. If you are picking it up for less then $500, its' a start in a better direction. Happy hunting and good luck. Maybe one of those other units is supose to accompany that power supply?
