Looks to be a Model 359 Pete. If it is, the dash is like an early Corvette dash, with a hump on both sides, very desirable cab. Takes lots of $$$$$ to restore a truck like that. It would make a good candidate for a big pickup on a ton frame or a ramp truck. Not many custom big truck builders, but I have seen a few that were over the top custom show trucks built by guys like 4State Trucks in Joplin, Mo.
