Yes very Cool. We will see some more 'Build' pictures, won't we? What power plant?
My next ratrod is going to be a '34 Dodge Brothers, with Dodge power.

Although I always steered towards the 50's body I am getting more interested in these types of rods. Nice

Very cool truck!!

Dang mac, I would love to score an old dodge like that!!

Not a Dodge, just the hood. Started out as a model A sedan but when I sandblasted it the left quarter an back panel just fell off ! So I made a pickup. Homemade bed an running boards, boat trailer rear fenders, 28 plymouth front fenders, 36 Chevy grill shell chopped 10 inches an homemade insert, model A bumpers, 46 dodge hood (had to use the emblems cuz I forgot to close up the holes before I painted it !) 215 Buick motor, S-10 5spd, 92 eagle talon irs, all sitting on a 87 Toyota pickup chassis that was shortened down to a 89 inch wheelbase, I have no idea what the steering rack is from, a buddy of mine had a pile of racks and I just picked one. LOL

Great job, I'd drive it for sure! [cl

Beercan

If you could fit ! I’m 5’8” 140 lbs an I was all knees an elbows. I traded it 6 yrs ago and it went through a few different owners, then turned up at the Bloomsburg national last year for sale at 24 K.

Whooa! I liked the whole dang thing. I wanted to put a sun-visor on mine so it looks cool like yours. How did you make the grille slats for your insert; I have to do that for mine? I might have to use Plymouth front fenders on mine too, as mine are really rough. Your truck is much like the dream for my truck.
Right on. :D:D

I’ve typed a long detailed answer to Macs questions 5 stinking times and every time I hit submit it tells me I have to login. I already am, otherwise I couldn’t answer a post. ! Anyway I login again and everything I typed disappears !!

I'm not sure what you're problem is, but I'll tell you what I've experienced...

- I'm always logged in, sort of. Ages ago, I ticked the "remember me" box when I logged in. In that regard, I'm here often enough and I never have to log in because I'm always "remembered".

- I've screwed around too long and I've had my post/pictures evaporate. I don't know what the issue is, but if I preview my post in a reasonable amount of time and keep the cycle alive, the forum keeps my post in memory and I carry on with more blabbering and sometimes, more pictures until I'm done.

I can only surmise, you're "timing out"... the site reloads and your post is lost in cyberspace...
