My boss made me vinyl decals for my doors. They are rally design but i think they look cool. Im going for the 60s drag look and now i need letters that are period correct. Im thinking A/G or C/G, A/GAS, and so on. I know the first letter is weight to cubic inches, and G is gas or gasser. Maybe C/GGAS? Or just C/G? They kept changing the meaning of the letters throughout the years

Here's a pic of my friend Al Tschida's C Gas willys COupe taken in 1960-something. It is numbered the way NHRA required.

Thank you Dr. C. I am fortunate to have called Al my friend. No one disliked him.

I know the pic of the car is faint. It is C/G 445.
