Very professional.
Thanks, that's what I was hoping for hahaha. Like I said I'd like to be able to sell these there's no one that makes a shifter that I have found to go from the 6r80 to the 205. I did talk to one company who's working on them and they were very wishy-washy about when they were going to be done and what they were going to charge for them. So I just decided to design my own

Thanks!!
It is a langmuir systems pro. It's one of there first machines. Works pretty good. There new ones are very nice! The machine sets up the amperage based on how thick you input the material thickness. That's a 3/16 plate. The torch will cut up to 1/2 if we really crank it up.??
Langmuir is a great machine. I bought a Langmuir XR 4x8 just before the end of the year and love it.

My neighbor has one and it's very cool. Definitely a step up from the older table but this one seems to work pretty good.

More designing and fabrication today!! Got my twin sticks mocked up. They work, but we will see if everything fits in the bronco!! Also got the transmission side of the cable shift setup built!!! I built a new shifter arm that comes off the selector so I can flip it upside down so it will work properly with the column. I need to get some longer bolts for the transmission pan, those bolts will extend up through the case of the transmission and then put a nut on top of them to hold down the cable mount.

So you're setting up the Tcase to work like an old Jeep, 1 lever for FWD, 1 for high -low? Neat. Low 2wd can come in handy to pull out of a rough spot, like pulling a trailer out of a muddy yard.

Brackets look great. Especially like the MF badging!

Yes, it has been set up talhat way for a while. It will do fwd low, rwd low, 4 low, 4 high, rwd high, fwd high. It is super handy!! My old setup wouldn't bolt to the new transmission. So that's why the redesign.

Thanks, I'm super happy with them. I hope to have a set ready to put up for sale soon!

Got a box of spaghetti last night!!! And got a few coats of primer and paint on the manifolds

Well it's back in the truck. Not sure it will stay for good, but most likely it will. I will have to leave the rear case/ transmission mount loose so can drop the back and get the shifters in and out. They fit, but I need to do some work on the mounting bolt. But it will all work!! That was what I was worried about not fitting. Also modified the column shift lever. Had to straighten it up to miss the valve cover. It needs to have a slight bend in it but proof of concept was there hahaha. The cable fits nicely and should stay out of the way of the exhaust. The manifolds also fit nicely with plenty of room!!

LB, I have learned from looking at your trans mounts, and some of my mistakes in my younger days, that I should have removable bolts holding the mount to the frame brackets.
Keep up the good work.

Got the transmission shifter setup built last night. Couple of lever renditions on the transmission and I modification to the firewall mount later and we have a working 6r80 shifter off the factory column!!

Fuel system is in. Running a pre-filter then a Holley inline pump and then a post filter off an LS car with a built-in regulator and return setup in it. I kept all that close to the tank. Waiting on one fitting to hook the line up to the fuel rail, and then I want to put a couple more straps on it just to be safe. Also got all my hands stuff to do the power steering lines. Hopefully this works out lol. So far the fittings that I bought that I tried are the right ones, so hopefully tonight I can get some time to pick away at that.

Started running and build the an lines for my power steering. Hooked up my heater core lines. I needed a way to mount my power steering reservoir so I drew up this bad boy and will cut it tomorrow!!

Over kill is the way we think too.
Have you built power steering lines with that hose before. I didn't have any luck with it, blew a hole in one.
Well, now that I actually looked a little harder your right. It's not going to work. I guess I made some expensive lines to mock up so my local shop can make me some correct ones!😡

At least I can use my return lines hahaha

All right guys, been tinkering away on the bronco LOL. Don't really have a lot of options on wearing them out the computer which sucks. My buddy who does some of these swaps quite often says they like to put it in the cab but I am not in the mood to cut this harness ball apart and reroute it and extend everything. So I did my best to try and make it at least look somewhat presentable. I built the mount that I was going to piggyback off of my power steering reservoir but I was able to flip it around and mount it on the passenger side fender kind of above some of on the passenger side fender kind below some of the other wiring that's already there. My biggest gripe is the plugs because they come out of the back of the computer straight up so they have a loop in them. I do have some clamps I can clamp a wire down to the inner fender to make it at least a little less noticeable. I then routed the small fuse box that is ran with the computer over to the other side of the truck and mounted it on the driver side fender up by the firewall where all the rest of the wiring goes through the cab. Once again it has a weather pack style fitting and I did not feel like cutting it all apart so I used up the wire cutting it all apart so I used up the wire length and mounted it over there. This one's not as noticeable there's a bunch of other wiring there also. It'll probably look better once I get everything mounted up
