Finally pulled the Safari inside and work on it. The 389 runs but has tons of blowby!!
So I pulled the front clip off and removed the engine and transmission.

I checked the internals on the Cadillac 500 and got it running on the stand and resealed the TH400.

Had to make some cuts in the firewall and some bfh work. It will fit without modifying the fire wall but it would fit with the headers.
I'm using the old motor mounts just modifying then to fit in front of the cross member.
