Ok I figured I might as well start a build thread.
Stock she could only run 28 mph and sucked tons of gas....LOL
I am in the process of installing a Cummins 6bt and 4x4 drive train out of a 1992 Dodge donor truck. She is going to be a mighty tight fit, but I should be able to run 70 and get 20 mpg while I'm doing it.

This is where I am currently at. Trying to figure out how to mount the 92 front axle on the 34 frame using original leafs. Do to the 92 axle being wider I need to move the stock leafs out 2 3/4"s from stock location to fit the 92 leaf perches. It would have been nice if I could have just relocated the spring perches on the axle however I can not do that as the front pumpkin is in the way. So I'm currently figuring out how I want to do this.

Thanks for the the replies! At a stall need to buy some Square Tube and the steel supplier I go to is of course closed to public do to the Whooo Hooo Flue. I think I may have found a couple other places to try. In the meantime I do have the 3/16th thick steel sheets to start boxing the rest of the frame. Been hard to motivate myself lately but trying to get at it.....LOL

For the spring mounts you could put a plate under the frame for the original spring hanger to mount under . then you could weld gussets from the plates to the side of the frame.

Thanks for the input Kenny c. I will take that into consideration. I need to move the spring mounts out 2 1/2" out. So I was actually thinking of welding 2 1/2 by 1/4 steel tubing to the front side of the frame and of course gusset even that and make it look nice so not just a piece of Tube welding to the frame....Not that it would be visible but want to make things half way nice.
