This is my very first attempt at a build, It's a '36 International that I brought home. Decided to go off the deep end and build my own Z'd frame. Still have a long way to go and lots to figure out, but having fun doing it.

I have a long way to go and even more to learn, today I took 4" out of the cab.

I like the build so far. How did you chop the back? Cut down the window or leave it intact and cut above and below to get your 4"?
I've debated doing mine but I'm a big guy and like as much room as I can get.
 
To keep from cutting the top in half, line the back of the cab up and lean the bottom of the A-pillar back and the top forward creating a slight angle to it.
 
Old Iron, thats exactly what I did, I plan to pie cut the lower front and lean them back, As far as the back I just cut through the center of the opening, I really dont mind the small window, I will have to do a little work to make it mate back up, Its a rat rod no show truck, so I'm good with that.
