Here is the grill shroud I started with. Spent the better part of the day drilling welds, and tin banging. But looks a whole lot better.

One more of those pieces I should of got a before pic of it, but when I started hammering on it I really didn't think I could save it. Good thing the owner wanted it lowered 3" so I was able to get rid of the mangled bottom part. Only one fender to finish up and it is down the road.

Thank Bob. It has been a slow process making a name for myself, but things are finally starting to happen.

New toy, picked up a tub roller and dies for square tubing. Should make the work on the chevy sedan quicker. I got to start on it soon.
