One of those econo rust repairs. The guy didn't want fancy, just wanted to be able to drive around.

Unhappy Another fine mess

One more of those I wish I had a before picture.

Doing a wheel well patch, knew there was bondo on the back but how bad could it be? Cut the wheel well out and the bondo was up in my patch, in a 6" wide bondo patch the center was v'ed in a 1/4". No problem clean out the bondo back aways hammer out the crease and move on, right.

I would say without a doubt a gallon minimum on the back corner top to bottom. most of it was 1" thick. And 30+ holes for a puller, looks like just a couple where used by a slide hammer.
