![]() ![]() I figure AoD has that extra gear for cruising, but I hear that the c5 is stronger I have a 351w out of a 77 Lincoln. I figure the AoD should handle it. Also, do either one of these trannys need vacuum lines? I ask because I want to get rid of all the excess vacuum hoses on that 351. Link to that post: http://ratrodsrule.com/forum/showthr...809#post395809 I'm open to all suggestions and thoughts. Thanks |

C5 has vac lines, they adjust shift points under cruise conditions. I would use the c5. Use the vac line also. No sense in beating the hell out of your trans.
