What Did Ya Get Done This Weekend?

30+ yrs wow....

Ran into one of my ol buddy's son couple days ago....
his dad has been gone now for 3 yrs but he told me he
is hanging on to his dads ol car forever. I painted this 30
some yrs ago....glad to see it's still holding on...

I was able to finally drive my 89 Ford pickup after getting the exhaust manifolds off and headers on. Weather in the NE finally cooperated. Jim

i got not a darn thing done, and if doesn't quit rain it's gonna stay that way.that was a lie, i did till my little garden area but it is a mud bog now.

Finished up the side panels on my buddy's barn. Running out of stuff to do on Junior's house until the permit work is finished. We were expecting a surveyor this weekend and got shined....
I'm glad I built when I did 27 years ago. The crap they put you thru here is not worth the bs in my honest opinion. This county was one of the rough ones on red tape then...it hasn't changed other than becoming more and more difficult to build.
Anyway, here's a couple of shots.

Got the low budget 50 out today and gave her a well needed bath!!!

Picked this stuff up at local swap meet few weeks ago.... been wanting
a three wheeler for a long time...

Made a guard for my buddy's mowing deck...(he'll probably have
it tore off in a week or two...)

4 day weekend and all i got done was the plywood floor in the '23 bucket, now '26 (made from the crate the real steel body came on) and the channel iron crossbrace for the steering column.
