So here are a few shots of the overkill wagon. I did some readin and found a way to accelerate the rust process. Turned out pretty good

Nope no heat. First i took an 80 grit sanding pad to the whole thing. The sprayed it with white vinegar. The acid in the vinegar etches the steel. Then i sprayed it with multiple coats of a mixture of salt hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. They use the process to get outdoor art to rust. As for the wheels the rears are harbor freight and the fronts are radio flyer tricycle

I went to the local HF yesterday and scooped up some pneumatic wheels for the rear of my, still debating what I want to use in the front..... Going to build a frame under mine with 1x1 angle..... That is as far as I have gotten so far.

Got some more done on the wagon

Idle Hands

Hey fellas, as always, awesome work!!! I love seeing everyone's new ideas.

I have been quiet, but I haven't had idle hands. Might have to separate these into two posts just to get some pics in, but I'll show ya the first one and explain a bit.

Had someone contact me via Craigslist and they wanted a wagon built. Well, I am your man, so I asked a few questions to get started. He wanted it to be built with "Hellaflush" style. I had no idea what this was so instead of sounding dumb I just answered sure. A simple Google search found out that all I really had to do is camber the wheels. Simple enough. So, I learned what "Hellaflush" means and built a wagon this week. Awesome. He is doing the painting so I didn't have to worry about all that. Here are some pics of it.

The second, I don't think I have posted yet, but it is just a mini wagon I wanted to play around with. I was testing some plasti-dip to see how it would come out on a wagon. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Have a few more wagons to do in the garage yet. So look for some more asap!! And in the meantime keep pumpin out some killer wagons!!! Cheers!!

so where did the wheels and tires on the black and little blue ones come from?? Just had to ask!

They are from a RC car. I just go to Goodwill and buy RC cars with cool wheels and take the wheels off and junk the rest.

Thanks guys for the compliments.
I don't know if I have shared these or not, but they are my business card holders. They are even smaller than the ones posted above.

Enjoy!!

I just buy them off ebay, goodwill, thrift stores, where ever I can find them. I have one that's even a different size than what I have posted. It is a Radio Flyer 7. I have never seen one, but I have one. My cousin picked it up at an auction. Crazy how many different sizes I have found. I have a bunch of those medium sized ones. I only have the two super small ones for my business cards. So, as of right now, I have 5 different size real Radio Flyers. Pretty crazy!!
