Reversed the corvair steering box I bought at the last swap meet. These are nice light compact boxes. But for a traditional steering the the input shaft needs to be reversed.

I didn't take pictures but you just disassemble the box. Drill a hole a little larger than the shaft in the screw in plug. Install the seal from the inside. Than plug the original hole.
Then reassemble the box.

Should work good on a Model A, T or other small vehicle.

This is the first time I've done it. I've owned one and watched YouTube videos.
It was super simple and all the parts to rebuild a box are available. The only hard part is finding a Corvair box!
 
Where did you source the core plug and seal? I have an iron Corvair box to do. Been years since I sis one.
