Cool rides. Thanks for the Pics. [cl Did you have a root beer float? Natures most perfect food.:D

I always thought potatoes were natures most perfect food. You can put lots of butter and salt and pepper on them. That's good eating.
I don't think you can put enough salt and pepper on a rootbeer float to bring it up past broccoli.
Uh, no, Bob, I didn't have a rootbeer float.

These pictures are from a NAPA car show and not A&W, but I'm showing them anyway.
1 AMC. 2 Retractable hardtop Edsel, rather unique. 3 I liked the symmetry in this 427 Chevelle. 4 Dropped mini. 5 About a '70 GMC. 6 Tidy, big, short.

A friend here in Edmonton that owns an appraisal company owned this car a few years back. He brought it in from Eastern Canada, if my memory serves correctly. It's a glass car and those giant meats under the back make it look just insane.

While it is a Model A with a deuce grill, I feel that is a mild description of a very wild car :D

All of that is probably right, Snopro. It is a glass car, I probably wrote it up milder than I should have, and it's fairly new to this area, so it probably was your friends.
OI, the car was homemade and the write-up says it's the only one in Canada. I would guess it might be the only one in the world.
Thank you, Guys.

I went to A&W again tonight. At +10*C or 52*F, it took the romance out of the evening. Most of us ate outside and froze. There were a couple of new cars there, though. The first one is a forty Ford Standard, with a 59A flathead in it. I think everything else is stock. The second one was a 67 Plymouth Satellite, that I didn't get a picture of. Here's the car he usually comes with; a '31 Plymouth coupe with Hemi, but not tonight.
The third picture is a 55 Dodge truck with a Poly 259, [I think] that was owned by two different guys that both happen to be my friends. It never made it to A&W.
