I was thinking farm equipment but am not so sure since it has springs. Nose of it looks like it is shaped for a grill shell.

Look's like a Ford 9N sprung front axle, it's farm tractor.

Yeah I already have an axle for my car already. A guy sent me the link and thought it would work but it wont. Can't be 9n axle because those are adjustable In the middle.

Most tractors dont have springs just a pivot.

Something like this comes more to mind, but dont have an exact match.

I wonder myself . The steering has the hole for a horn. The steering appears to mount in the middle of whatever like some pictures I have seen of those trucks.
The wheels are later unless they were put on there from something else a long time ago.
It may be some foreign job. I just a guessing to .

I think the sweeper too but I've never seen one of them with a sprung axle. Definitely low speed industrial or ag.
