I know my wipers are vacuum, but maybe someone here knows about them. Mine are only moving up about an inch and going back down. I have the arms positioned right, even took them off to make sure. Cant find a vacuum leak. Would taking it off and soaking it in a machine oil free it up? Im afraid to manually move them, dont want to break anything.
