I went to this show a while back and never got around to putting the pictures in the forum. Sorry about that.
The first pic is my '36 truck. This show was 700 miles south of me so I trailered the truck down there, but I did drive around down there quite a bit and even got some miles on the Trans-Canada Highway.
There's a red Oldsmobile in the pictures that made me think of ZZ Rodder because the builder closely imitated ZZ's work.

It was a very beautiful setting, a museum with old buildings made into a village and of course, all those big old evergreen trees in the background. There were hundreds more cars but I'm not a very good picture taker.

700 miles to go to a show? Wow Mac, I was thinking the 225 I went to Atlanta GA and Panama City FL were a long way!
Truck looks great!

Thanks for noticing the distance Bam, but I haven't told you the rest of the story. I told the wife that we were going down there to buy fresh fruit so she can whip up more jam and canning. Mostly, we just grow saskatoons up here so some peaches, apples, apricots, and pears are nice to have. Mrs. MercuryMac does make good jam. And, my uncle and aunt and cousins live at Salmon Arm so I wanted to visit them. They all came out to the car show to see us and the cars. Uncle Keith walked around with me quite a lot. He's ninety-five. I hope I can look at most of the cars at a mountainous park at the age of 95.
