Pinion angle, and possibly relocating the e-brake cable mounts. Be sure and check your driveshaft length, and shock length as well. That is pretty much it for the back. There may be issues with axle wrap, as there will be extra leverage on the springs, but it depends on the springs. I used to use a spring pad from MR Gasket, but I am not sure they make it any more. By the time you hack off the old ones, they may or may not be usable.
 
It probably won't be an issue. A hard launch on pavement, can be tuff on things. Usually a different spring pack could fix it. And it may already be a stiff spring. Jeep Wrangler springs are soft and are the ones I am thinking about for wrap.
