wheel hop BAD

worked some of those big six legged bugs[ddd

took her for a power run and wheel hop city real bad, :(

well to cure it l put on about 4 inches narrower and 3 inches shorter bf good rich ta 235/7O/15's and that helped, then a home made pinion snubber so it barley hops now, l figure we fiddle around with tire pressure to fine tune the ride.

she will flat out go sideways and squirrelly when ya stand on the loud pedal:eek: that answered the question if my reverse engineered conglomerate of an intake works :D

now back to the niggly little stuff.

Later

With those skinny 235's and a big block, if it doesn't smoke tires when you stand on it then something is seriously wrong!

I can't help but wonder if there's a simple way to improve that rear suspension to permanently reduce/remove wheel hop and be able to run some nice big tires on the back again. Just glancing at it, I think you'd have to remove one set of those leafs and add some tubular upper links, at a minimum. Just thinking out loud.

Looks good! :D

Great photo of THAT parked in front of This & That Skull! Awesome indeed. Once you dial in the rear suspension, I'm think'n burnout class for the young folk. Get em involved. :D. [cl.

Went and took a look at "this" today Skull. Be nice sibling for "THAT. Looks like a good buy. Owner is a nice guy.
