have seen this guy do some stuff on youtube...
looks like he has some good quick techniques to do some nice stuff...think the jigs take more time to make than the pieces...wood chisels....can you beat that....

bodyman still learning after 25 years.. often used pieces of tube to get a similar effect .. - not quite as flash as that though...

Grandpa might not appreciate you using his wood chisels, but when he see's what your doing he might be ok with it.
That's a neat technique to get a raised flange for a few one off's or odd sizes. Good post.
