Damn, I didnít want to see this. Just so hard to believe, seems like it was just a few days ago he was finishing up on the Caddy and getting ready for winter. He sure will be missed around here, his wit and wisdom was second to none. Prayers for his family and friends.

Like Bama said, 'I sure didn't want to see this'. We will miss his wit, his wisdom and his humour.
I'm glad you got to go see Torchie a few days ago, Techi.

RIP Torchie.

It is a sad day indeed, Torchie was a great man I would loved to have met in person. RIP, I do know that he wants us all to KEEP ON KEEPING ON

Don't give up, it's far too much fun once you can drive it.

From my first days on this forum, Torchie stood out as one of you guys I wanted to watch regularly on his threads. I felt funny when I caught myself griping about aches and pains when Torchie was making things work while missing body parts. He was all heart and surely will be remembered here!
Rest in peace Karl!

A sad day indeed, like the others have said, not the news we wanted to hear....
Torchies ďkeep on keeping onĒ mantra was a philosophy that we all should aspire to live by, he always seemed to look to tomorrow for for a brighter day.
Weíve all lost someone that canít be replaced, now we have to carry the torch for him.
RIP

That's some heavy news. My thoughts are with your family, Steve. Torchie will be very much missed around these parts, he was an inspiration to us all.

When you don't know what you're doing, it's best to do it quickly.

And when Iím gone, you can call me foolish but hopefully not boring. I will have lived.
