Default Rear axle Ford F1 '52

Hi! I need a help for my proyect! I'm working on '52 Ford F1 I'm going to use a 350 corvette engine with 350 trans, can i use the original rear axle? What axle did you recommend to use? Im gonna use C-Notch to cut the frame and lower it down! Thanks for your help!

If I remember right, there are not any setups to make that rear end a posi setup, and I think they were 4.27:1 ? Should be a Dana 41 I believe.

Pre 1973 F-150 has the ford 9" that apparently is almost a bolt in swap.
And 57-67 F100 9" rear end is a direct bolt in.

grab a tape ruler and look at some late model explorers with the 8.8 diff.

they have limited slip, 3.73 gears and disc brakes standard, and are a very close to bolt in.
