I have a 2wd S10 rear end to put in my model A pickup. I want to use the original buggy spring suspension with split wishbones and I am looking for advice on how to connect the two.
I am thinking of adding some coil springs to help with roll control.
How do I fasten the wishbones and spring to the S10 axel?
Useful pictures from a Google search are rare.

If you want to mount the rear end in the stock spring over configuration you will need these - http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Transverse-Rear-Leaf-Spring-Axle-Mounting-Brackets-Model-T-Model-A,3362.html

Not sure how or why you would put coil springs on there, but they are definitely unnecessary. The stock Ford spring is plenty stiff. Just some decent shocks to dampen it and it's fine.

The stock wishbones will not work without serious modification. If you're not up for that, then a Pete & Jakes style ladder bar setup works well.

Hope that helps...
