I read and reread your statement, Coup, and I think your angles are excellent. Your friend might be confusing the pinion angle numbers somewhat. The most you should ever have for U-joint angles is 5*, but less is better. The reason you should have some angle in the U-joint is, when the U-joint is bending or working the needle bearings in the caps keep walking around the cross and wear the surfaces evenly. If the needles don't move they just wear notches in the cross and stay in one place. You don't want that. Don't worry about your driveline angles if they are even and opposite, and less than 5*. You've got this one handled.
 
Thanks Merc.... I hope so. I hate to redo it but I did make my trans mount shimable and I can adjust my 4 links to rotate the rear if needed. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your time broski!
