It's been a week so far and it's only Wednesday.
Mrs T had a deer strike over the weekend.
Now we are dealing with the ins. co. They may end up totaling our car. Second one in a little over a year.
Our hot water heater crapped out over the weekend. My usual plumber is booked until the middle of March.
I attempted to change out the elements my self. No go.
Could not get the old ones out. Finally found a plumber that would show up so now we aren't having to bathe down by the creek anymore.
While working on the Dodge floor I must have tramutized my right elbow somehow.
It swelled up over the weekend as did half of my right arm.
Dr said it is infected so I'm on a course of antibiotics.
Swelling is going down and so is some of the pain. It still looks very ugly though.
10 days out from my youngest daughter's wedding and I got the lecture today from Mrs T about 'Staying alive" until after the wedding. So that's the plan.
Going to call tomorrow and get some more steel but it's no shop time until I get this elbow under control.
Keep at it everyone.
Torchie

It sure seems like you have had more than your share of "issues" this year.
Hope you get healed up and party hardy at your girls wedding. A very important day for all concerned.

Take care of yourself!

Thanks all!
Doing the best I can.
I suspect that this week will fly by. My oldest daughter(That we have not seen in over 2 years flies in on Weds). Then Thursday Mrs T and I take off to go set up camp for the wedding on Saturday.
No shop time due to letting the swollen arm/elbow get as much rest as I can.
I did swing a deal on a dash mounted shifter from a 55 Dodge. It's complete with the indent bezel for the dash.
And once again my thanks to bruno for his generous offer.
Keep on keeping on.......

Made it through the wedding. I’m not going to lie. It took a lot out of me.
Now to get back to what ever routine I have.😳
Got one of the p.s. hinges off of the donor car today.
It only took a torch. A bfh and a drill. And some help.....
All but one of the screws came out with heat.
The donor car hinges are in much better shape then the customs.
The door closes better now but I still need to replace the top hinge.
It’s also time to start thinking about getting ready for winter. No snow forecast yet, but that will change.
