Finally got my cab home

Thanks guys haven't had too much time to do anything with it, I'm trying to work a deal on a 472 caddy if it falls through I have a 500 caddy I have my eye on [ddd biggest issue is trying to get the damn cowl vent open, other than that I am gonna need to pull the drivers door since the latch is busted and it wont open, thinking about suiciding the doors since both latches need replaced anyways

Love me some suicide doors!!!! I want to do that to mine too, but I have other things on the list first!!!!

I kind of want to keep the exterior hinges but I'm not 100% sure the best way to get it to latch then
