Here is a little something I have been assembling on the side for a friend. It started as an 05 LS2 (6.0L) but now has been destroked to a 330 ci with a Calais dragon slayer 3.185 stroke crank. It is an ultra light weight unit with honda IRL 1.88" rodjournals. The rods are custom Callais I beam uits 6.385". Pistons are custom JE asymetrical forged light weights. The cam, lifters and valve train is Lunati high RPM with titanium hardware. .601/.622 230/232 108 lsa. the heads are AFR with 58 cc chambers and I milled them to accept comp cams semi shaft mounted 1.7 rockers. It will be running a victor JR intake and a fast EFI 2.0 carb style injection system. Breathing through 1 7/8" headers. The entire package will be backed by a 6speed and dropped into a 73 camaro with custom sub frame, C6 suspension up front, 5th gen IRS out back and 335/35/20 and 295/30/20 forge line wheels. Fun buggie!

The plan is he is bringing the new subframe to set the motor and trans into. Other than fuel pump there's only a power, ground and ignition to start it up. We will probably do that in the subframe...[P
 
Here is the subframe it is going into. The motor and trans that are in it are just mock up stuff.

 
Hard to believe it's been 8 months since the motor was finished and I am still dinking around with the Camaro shell.
