I built mine. I run with and without baffles. Big difference. Very loud without the baffles. But okay, for a conversation in the cab with the baffles in. I used motorcycle baffles wrapped in fiberglass for baffles.

Yup.I'm running them with WalMart baffles...

Mine has 1 5/8" pipe and I found my baffles in the plumbing department at Wally World, a stainless steel sink strainer for $1.49!!!
It has a bunch of holes in them (to let it breath) and it is made out of stainless (never rusts out) and its cheap ( buck and a half each)...I bought one and took it home and it slips right inside the pipe, and it has a small lip on it so it don't slide in too far. I drilled a small hole on the backside of the pipe and put a stainless screw and nylon lock nut to keep it from vibrating loose. They make a pretty good difference when they are in, not "muffler quiet" but a lot more than open zoomies!
Went to walmart snd they were sold out..so I found them at Lowes.

I would love to run em, but I need to look into legality here. I know it's supposed to be 6" behind the passenger compartment, but technically, it would be away from the pass compartment. And I've been running pipes that come straight out in front of the rear tires on my bronco for two years with no hassle.

I stepped up big time and bought a set of sanderson zoomies that were ceramic coated with baffles , drove for a while with them and took the baffles out and never put them back in ,verrrrry loud but they really sound good !!
