his summer I had a guy buy a 1963 260 Ford engine I had setting around. We got talking and here the car he bought the engine for he bought new in 1963 and he is restoring it back to the way he bought it. The car is a 1963 Fairlane 260 four speed car. Man that 47 years The guy also talk about his life and he Drag racing first back in the 60's and then went circle track with a sprint car.

47 Years is a long time to own anything. He ask me to come look at the car but I did not get there yet.

Hi everyone...
I think I have ADHD....I get bored with stuff really quick...my old Willys Jeep truck I have had since 2007...I am so bored of it..maybe time to send it down the road...(I also have a 1953 rat rod truck too since 2009) the other rusty crap I have owned maybe a couple years each..typically once I get bored it goes down the road..I usually loose my shirt on them too...one of these days I will stop buying rusty crap and just save the money in a mason jar in the back yard...I would be richer than I am right now...a little more sane too I bet...(did I mention I never finish anything either?)

I've had my wife for 30 years and she came with a 67 Firebird which we still have. So after 2 years of dating, 30 years of marriage and 4 kids brings the question of which came first...The chicken or the egg maker?

Got th car in 91 for $600.00:D, Sat of 2 years. Worked on it for 1 year. Moved and car went into storage for 7 year at $70.00 a month ($5880.00:eek: man I loved that car[dr) had a kid had to sell it. (got $800.00:(). It sat if a field for 10 years with nothing done to it. run into the guy I sold it to in Dec 2010 and got it back for $400.00. the catch to the story is that I have had the title the hole time. I had lost the title during a move, was going thru papers mid 2010 and found it. The good news is the guy I got it back from said the only reason he never took it to the scrapyard is because he never had the time to file for a lost title[cl. she ain't as bad as she looks:rolleyes:

My first car, a 1968 Lincoln, I got from my dad when I was 12 or 13 years old. Sadly, it was stolen in the summer 2010 from the family property after I owned it 22 - 23 years. I had two of the old Lincolns left. I sold one and we loaded it up and hauled it to the shop. Went back some time later to get the second and it was gone.

I've had my 86 Daytona since 1990, so that makes 22 years I've had it.

Unfortunately the vehicle I have had the longest is a 2005 Kia Sadona minivan that my wife has. I hate that piece of junk, will NEVER buy another Kia product and cant wait till its paid off so I can drive it off a cliff... [ddd

my 69 chevelle I bought off my buddy in 1995. He bought it in 1986.
