Well maybe it is a national chain but I went to JoAnn Fabrics with the wife the other day. Under much protest I should say! But lo and behold down on the bottom rack was black, tan, and grey headliner cloth with the foam on it. Then I found the rack full of vinals of all colors! $12.99/yd. I think I bought to much but now I can do the headliner in the chopped 70 pickup for $39! [cl

Thanks for the info!! I ended up getting some light weight leatherlike material for my shop truck headliner , worked like a charm. Felt wierd walking around the craft/material store but they have it all there from material and foam for seat backs and such
