Default Coilovers

Hey guys. I haven't posted in awhile, been incredibly busy at work building a new garage, putting in a crematory, and building cars for the boss after work. I have a 71 f250 with a great running 360, a mustang 2 front suspension, a complete datsun 280zx,a 99 ranger rear end with a 3.73, and 2 20 foot sticks of 4x2 for frame rails. So I've decided to start with building a frame based after a 39 Ford pickup the boss picked up. It's a 2x4 frame with a 4 link. Whoever started building this one went all out, I'll post a pic later, gotta go in at 11:00 today, but cheaped out on the rear in my opinion. I just ordered a 4 link triangular kit with 2500 air bags for my frame without a body. We have a 1950 cab in very good shape at work but the boss won't come off of it yet. Anyways, I'm wondering about what shocks to run with air bags with the 4 link. A found a set of 99 Ford expedition front coilovers shocks for $60. Would coilovers with air bags be too much? What shocks do you guys normally run with airbag 4 links. Things are slowing down a little at work so I have some time to start on mine. I might just build a body. The boss bought a nice sheet metal brake with roller and a $6000 bead roller I have access to at any time.

So are you wanting the truck to air up and down? Or do you want it just to be a static height? If you're going to run airbags put normal shocks on it if you wanted to be a static put coilovers and no airbags

Yep, regular shocks with enough stroke so they don't bottom or top out.

What year is the little Ford sedan?
