Greetings from the Hoosier State

I've been a long time car guy, bought my first classic when I was 18, a 1960 corvette, showed it and still have it. My son and I are rust freaks and tractor collectors so when it came time for him and I to enter the car world together we decided on a 1947 International Rat. It had the normal 350 chevy V8 that we just couldn't get running right. Since we are cheap and didn't want to spend huge money on a replacement engine we decided to scrap a 1992 Dodge with a rotted body and a 12 valve engine. Since we are die hard diesel guys we thought this would be the perfect match. Since this conversion, the truck has gotten rave reviews from both gas and diesel junkies. Although we really don't care, we built the truck for us to enjoy, that's the fun of having a Rat!
