I'm sorry but, I don't see any difference other than the white painted wheel [S
[P[P[P

I don't know that there is a difference,OI.
I'm interested in what the guy with the green Coronet has to say about his tire size.
Sure fire way to start a debate is to talk about white walls.:eek: :D :p [ddd
Thanks for the comments ,gang.
I do take them in to consideration.

Awesome! With all the body and engine weight you have on there right now, it will be a slick and easy job to do the springs and spindles. Can't wait to see the stance after!

You are going to have to wait a bit, snopro.😳
Spring out. I had to pry it out even with the lower arm dropped all the way down.
Lower ball joint separated. Spindle is stuck on the upper. I got it to seperate with the pickle fork but now it won’t come all the way off the ball joint spindle.
So close yet so far away......

You said you had new ball joints anyway. Can you just cut the ball joint with a grinder?

Strange it won't come off since there's such a taper. You're running into all kinds of fun with this frame.

The rust and crap you guys deal with there sounds much different than the rust and crap we deal with here :p

Cutting it off is my fall back position.
I’m going to see if the 4 bolts that hold it on will come out first.
That’s tomorrow’s fun and games

Going back to the whitewalls, I vote for 4". If you're going whitewalls, the wider the better, I figger, makes the wheels look bigger.
Hmmmm, bigger is better?:confused:
The circle of happiness :rolleyes::cool::)

Ok ZZ....:eek::p[ddd. Here you go.
New shorter spring and 2" dropped spindle installed.
It puts the bottom of the rocker right back down where it was in my pics of the final stance. The ones with all the trim.[cl :D [cl :D
Better shot of the WIDE white wall.
Let the debate continue.......:p [ddd
On to the rear drop blocks.:cool:
Keep on keeping on.

Thanks Gang.:)
Not much happening today.
did some measuring and i'm confident I can get the rear down where it needs to be.
I may have to wait for help as that's all going to be on the floor , under the car.:eek:
Closing on on a tire size and white wall width.
I'm looking at BF Goodrich Silvertown tires. 670x15 3-5/8" white wall.
Just a bit shorter then my mock up( 28.40 vs 29") and with a half inch narrower white wall.:cool:

Knocking off another sharp corner this morning.:eek: [cl
