Sleeved or unsleeved plug wires for my SB Chevy? Any knowledge on this?

Why would you put a sleeve on, unless they run too close to exhaust.

Well I run mine under headers so they are close to headers but noticed some come sleeved and unsleeved just wanting some input on differences as all race wires appear sleeved.

Post up a pic, I run mine under my headers with no sleeves on 2 of my SBC's but it all depends on your set up
