The real news story in this case was that this pickup was sitting in backed up traffic, between two tractor trailer rigs. A third semi plowed into the back of the one behind him, and so hard that it compacted the full-sized pickup, and still shoved the front semi so hard that it crashed into the vehicle in front of it. So in this case, all this was caused by one inattentive truck driver, killing the two people in the pickup, and wrecking three other vehicles, in addition to his own.

The EMT"s that got the bodies out probably have nightmares. I choked up when I first saw the picture.
