Nice Job!
What kind of finish do you do on the steel?
and do you sand blast the mill scale before the finish?

I'm asking cause I build a few signs here and I hate mill scale as it drives up the cost of the project dealing with it.

Its called permalac. I use it on all my bare metal projects. My 50 chevy is done in it. Works really well. Its designed for out door art.

As for the mill scale, it depends on what the customer is looking for. The letters on the lexar sign d.a. sanded. Pulls the mill scale down and gives them a cool look
