Sure is coming together nice there Glen very nice, if the original owner of that car could see it now [cl[/QUOTE

Thanks Bro, no kidding I'm sure it's going to be driven a little different than it was back then.

Are you planning to insulate the big tin drum, or just wear earplugs? [S :p

.

What's that Doc, I don't have my hearing aids in . :D:D Yes I'm going to insulate, and put a layer of something like Dynmat on the back side of the interior panels.

Awesome [cl[cl

Thanks

Kenny

Lookin' Good, Dozer, but I'm going to underline Doc's question.

Thanks MM

More interior sheet metal completed. Rear corners, with the access covers for the tail lights. Door panels, which caused me lots of grief. I knew the limitations of my metal brake so I put the two 90 degree bends in the top where they slide over the inner door structure because I also knew I could't do it after I put the beads in, but that bit me in the butt because I then couldn't run them through the bead roller[S This caused me to have to cut the outer 90 off put the beads in then weld the 90 back on. [;)

I ordered a Champion 31-32 High-Boy Aluminum rad which finally arrived. I got it installed, which went surprisingly easy. :cool:I'm really impressed with the quality of the rad and the welds, it is rated to cool up to 800 hp so it should have no problems with my pretty much stock 440.

Video of the install. https://youtu.be/HC_Yo5j27fo

I also added a new tool to the drawer, picked up this Rivet Nut tool on Amazon for a meager $62.00 cdn and am very pleased with how well it works. It's one of those tools that you don't know how you got by without it. It comes with 4 metric and 4 SAE mandrel sets.

Yes on the Champion radiators. I've used them.

Can't live without my Riv Nuts. Trouble is I can't hardly squeeze the handles anymore.

Your installation looks nice and simple.
